Delivery

Within a short period of time from making your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation. We aim to ship orders as soon as possible and your order will ship within 48 hours of your purchase.

Once your order is shipped you will receive your shipment tracking information. Should we have any issues with your order, we will contact you right away to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

Taxation & Duties

Dubarry orders are primarily fulfilled from our Sydney office. However, in some cases, orders may be fully or partially shipped from Ireland. Any items shipped from Ireland are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning customers will not incur any additional duties, taxes, or import charges upon delivery.

Fulfilment of Orders

Where multiple items are purchased within the same order, customers may receive separate packages. Due to short fulfilment processing times, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed.

Dubarry of Ireland endeavours to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. Orders for items stocked at our Sydney distribution centre are typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Items shipped from our headquarters in Ireland may take approximately 10–15 working days. There are no additional duties or taxes charged on shipment from the Irish warehouse.
