Purchased from a Retail Store

Under consumer law, if you purchased your item from a retail store you must return it through that store, irrespective of the reason for the return. Your purchase contract is with that Retail Store. 

Purchased direct from Dubarry on the Web

If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry, we will refund or exchange the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all labelling and swing tags intact. You cannot be refunded or exchanged if this is not the case. Please note that the cost of postage for returning an item to us is non-refundable; however, for exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending your replacement item back out to you.
