Once your order is shipped you will receive your shipment tracking information. Should we have any issues with your order, we will contact you right away to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday and deliver on business days.

AusPost Standard
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $300
- A flat rate of $15 is charged for orders under $300
- Arrives in 2-5 Business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Startrack Express
- We offer express shipping on all orders with a flat rate of $25
- Arrives in 1-2 Business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

Purchased direct from Dubarry on the Web
If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry, or you wish to exchange size, we will be happy to exchange items or refund the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase/receipt, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labelling and swing tags intact.
- It is essential that any unsuitable items, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition
- Postage costs are not refunded.
- If you return an item purchased online or at an event, for exchange or refund by post, please contact customer care prior to posting the items you wish to refund.
Purchased from a Retail Store
In the unlikely event of a problem with your Dubarry product, which you have purchased from one of our stockists listed on our website, you must return them in the first instance to where they were originally purchased, for an initial assessment. The next step will be for the stockist, along with the Dubarry Customer Service Team, to determine whether these goods should be repaired, replaced or returned. Please adhere to the returns and exchanges policy of the stockist.

Repairs inside of warranty period
For Dubarry of Ireland product repairs inside of the one year warranty, all repairs are carried out free of charge. Where you purchased from a Dubarry of Ireland retailer, you must return the product in the first instance to where you originally purchased them for an initial assessment. In some cases this assessment in conjunction with the Dubarry Customer Service Team can be underetaken electronically using photographs to help expedite the process and in some cases alleviate the need for goods to be returned.
Repairs outside of warranty period
For Dubarry of Ireland product repairs outside of the one year warranty all charges vary. Please also note that depending on location, shipping costs may also apply.

Please note that an assessment must be carried out to determine whether repairs on an item are possible in the first instance. Individual cases may vary and it may be necessary to apply a charge to a standard repair.
Our Guarantee
At Dubarry we take great care and pride in designing and crafting all our products. We use only the best raw materials, manufactured to the highest standards. It is our objective that every product should be fit for purpose. All products are guaranteed against defects in materials, and workmanship, for one year from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. Normal wear and tear, or accidental damage to the item, are not covered under warranty.
Claim if purchased direct from Dubarry
If you purchased directly from Dubarry online, or at an event, you should send pictures of the fault by email to Customer service for initial customer service assessment. Our Warranty department will get back to you promptly about your claim.
Claim if purchased from a Retailer
In the event that a Dubarry product does not match up to our standards, within the warranty period, please return it, along with proof of purchase, to the retailer from where it was purchased. It will be returned to us for repair, or replacement if repair is not possible. Please note that failure to follow our care guidelines will result in the goods not being covered by warranty.
